1. Expanding to Projects and Products

These optimizations in Clarity 16.4.0 improve both financial data transparency in roadmaps and communication within the tool:

  • Plan new attributes (e.g., Budget, Actual Revenue, Profit Calculation, Actual Benefit, Net Benefit Calculation) in the roadmap and synchronize data from linked Investments
  • Add comments on action items with the option to make them conditionally required – available on both desktop and mobile app

2. People-Centric Planning

What is a resource’s availability on specific days? What variance exists between allocation and actual hours? Thanks to new metrics and modules, many questions can now be answered at a glance.

  • License type and last login are displayed in both the resource and users workspaces
  • Quickly review one’s availability with a new Calendar module configurable via blueprint – includes options to view all details or only exceptions
  • Edit financial fields and contact information directly in the resources workspace of Modern UX
  • Introduction of per-period metric for variances and percentages in the following Clarity objects:
    • Staff object: allocation to actuals variance; allocation to actuals variance %
    • Investment object: allocation to actuals variance; allocation to actuals variance %
    • Resource object: remaining availability %
