At the Cutting Edge: Our Event Highlights in Fall 2025

In recent weeks, we have participated in several international events focused on project and portfolio management. Our goal: to engage in personal exchanges with prospects and customers, gain fresh insights for practical application, and showcase Clarity as the leading solution for strategic and operational PPM. Read on to discover the topics we encountered and why it pays to look beyond the horizon.

Clarity Summit is the premier Clarity event in North America, hosted by our long-standing partner Rego Consulting. In addition to our booth, we delivered two expert presentations on the itdesign add-ons itd Advanced Resource Planning and itd Portfolio Optimizer. The hottest topics: strategies for professional resource planning and portfolio optimization. Reconnecting with North American customers, the software provider Broadcom, and our partner Rego Consulting made this event truly special for us – just as it does every year. Of course, the obligatory trip to the casino was also a must!

The IPMA World Congress is one of the largest international project management events and takes place in a different location around the world each year. In September, more than 1,000 participants from over 30 countries gathered in Berlin to discuss major topics such as agility, AI, and sustainability. Together with Broadcom, we were on-site with our own booth, showcasing Clarity and Meisterplan in short live demos. We were especially pleased with the strong interest in our solutions and the many conversations with project managers from a wide range of industries, giving us valuable insight into what companies are truly focused on today – beyond future trends.

Under the motto “Project Management in the AI Era,” the PMI BENELUX Summit focused on AI, hybrid approaches, and sustainable leadership. Together with our Belgian partner BDO, we took the opportunity to engage with project managers from Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg about the future of the PMO. Particularly fascinating were the discussions on how AI is transforming decision-making in project management and which skills will be in demand in the future.

Collaboration as a success factor: Finland’s largest project management conference focused this year on the theme “The Power of Collaboration.” Experts from across the Nordic region discussed how teams can work efficiently together, even in complex projects. Our colleague Timo Visa from Finland showcased Clarity and Meisterplan at the booth, providing insights into the appropriate PPM software for different use cases. Conversations with participants and partners offered valuable perspectives on local requirements and trends.

To wrap up the year, we headed back to Berlin – this time for IT PPM Insights Europe. The conference offered in-depth insights into agile transformation, AI in portfolio management, and the shift toward the Value Management Office. Our joint presentation with Broadcom on “Agile IT Portfolios – Bridging Projects, Products, and Strategy” demonstrated how projects, products, and strategy can be seamlessly connected in Clarity. Many other cutting-edge sessions with real added value made this event a true highlight for us and revealed a clear trend: companies are seeking greater value orientation and less isolated project thinking.

These events have shown just how important personal interaction is. We’re taking away many new ideas that we can share in our daily work with our customers, and we truly appreciate the numerous conversations with prospects, partners, and clients from around the world. In 2026, we’ll once again be present at exciting events – and we’re already looking forward to seeing some of you there!
