Collaborative Relationship between Rego Consulting and itdesign
In cooperation with our US-American partner Rego Consulting, we support Clarity customers with complex requirements in their transition to a hosting model. In this project, we migrate a set of SaaS customers from Broadcom’s current infrastructure to cloud servers at Amazon Web Services (AWS), which are operated in Germany. While we take care of the support of European Clarity SaaS customers, Rego Consulting is responsible for those in the American and Asian region.

We are very pleased about the cooperation with Broadcom and Rego. With our comprehensive SaaS expertise, we can help achieve common goals, minimize risks for Clarity customers and modernize their infrastructures. Thanks to the cooperation, Clarity customers will receive the highest level of professional service.

FAQs – Frequently Asked Questions
Broadcom hosts Clarity SaaS customers in the Google Cloud. Others have very complex requirements in terms of hosting (e.g. multiple interfaces, complex configurations). Our service is designed exactly for these customers. As an expert in the field of SaaS service and support, we are the right people to contact. A regional division further guarantees the proximity to SaaS customers.
Nothing changes for on-premises customers as they will continue to be served by Broadcom. Of course, these customers can also consider a hosting solution from itdesign at any time.
The infrastructure and application experts of itdesign will be your contact persons for all support topics and problems concerning the hosting. We are also happy to take care of the technical support and optimization (application management).
Every Clarity customer in Europe can use our itd Clarity SaaS offering. We would be happy to conduct a Security & Hosting Assessment to see what a customized hosting solution for your Clarity system with itdesign might look like and answer your questions about our services.
You do not need to worry about data security, because we attach great importance to your information security. That is why the itdesign SaaS offer for Clarity has been certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2017 since August 2019. Your data is stored on servers and databases hosted in Germany at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
