We have supported many Clarity customers in migrating from Clarity on-premises to our SaaS environment. Typically, the migration takes place in three steps:
- System assessment: We assess your Clarity system and your interfaces to third-party systems. You receive a security- and privacy-compliant migration concept including a schedule.
- Testing: You receive the URL for your individual SaaS test system with all interfaces. After enabling network access and whitelisting, you can thoroughly test all features and interfaces.
- Go-live: After successful testing, your production system goes live on the jointly agreed date. You communicate the new URL to all users and administrators, and we deactivate the previous systems.
Alternatively: Clarity as an On-premises Solution
If a SaaS solution is not an option for you, we can of course install Clarity on your own server. You enjoy all the advantages of classic software and decide for yourself which hardware to use, how to secure the system, and how to integrate it into your network structures.
