IT security is our top priority on this site and in our daily work. At itdesign, we have built an infrastructure to ensure that your data and information is secure from the moment it is entered in our system to the moment it is deleted from it.
AWS Partner
itdesign Clarity SaaS is hosted on AWS EC-2 servers in Frankfurt, Germany. The server locations are tested in accordance with SOC 1, and they are also ISO 27001 certified. Clarity application data is stored redundantly at multiple isolated server locations per region to ensure the highest possible data security and availability. The data centers are monitored around the clock.
Cyber Security Audit
CyberVadis has objectively assessed itdesign's security level as part of an audit. We would be happy to share the results of this cyber assessment and the scorecard with you upon request.
DSCO Information Security Assessment (ISA/CVA)
The DCSO Information Security Assessment (ISA/CVA) checks the security level of cloud software providers. itdesign GmbH was reviewed and rated in 2022. The results of the successful assessment are visible to members of the CVA community.
ISO Certification
itdesign has been certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Our certification also includes the extension to ISO 27018:2019 (data protection). The scope of the certificates includes the provision of IT services as well as our internal IT systems.
Penetration Tests
Penetration tests of itdesign Clarity SaaS are regularly performed by external security experts. This allows us to ensure that your data is protected from external access. Here you can find the latest report (the detailed report may be shared under a confidentiality agreement and upon request).
System Status
As part of our application management, we work together to ensure that the availability and performance of your Clarity system is always kept under control. This means you always have a high-performance system at your disposal.
TISAX
With TISAX, the ENX Association supports the recognition of information security assessment results in the automotive industry on behalf of the VDA. itdesign's extensive measures to protect sensitive information are based on the Association of the German Automotive Industry Information Security Assessment (VDA ISA).
